Never miss a bill — and know what's coming
Plan every recurring cost, installment plan and one-off payment, then see exactly how much you'll need in the months ahead.
Schedule any payment
One-off, a fixed number of installments (“raty”), or a recurring charge on a set day each month, quarter or year. Bills that change month to month? Mark them as variable and enter the real amount when you pay.
A calendar you can read at a glance
Every due date on a colour-coded calendar: green paid, amber due soon, red overdue, yellow scheduled. Mark a payment paid, partly paid, or skipped in one click.
A reminder where you'll see it
A badge appears on your profile the moment something is overdue or due within a week — across every house you belong to.
See the money you'll need next
The cost forecast adds up everything still unpaid, month by month, so you know what to set aside for the next 6 or 12 months — or any range you pick.

What it's like day to day
Illustrative examples of how DomKos gets used - not real customer reviews.
“Logging a cost takes less time than making coffee - and I finally see what my house actually costs over a year, not just this month.”
“The similar-houses comparison was the useful part - turns out I was paying way more for heating than others with the same setup.”
“We split a house with my partner. We both log costs, and closing out the month takes about thirty seconds now.”

Common questions
Everything you'd want to know before logging your first cost.
Is DomKos free?
Yes. DomKos is free to use, with no pricing tiers and no credit card required.
Can other people see my costs?
No. Your own house's costs are private to you and the members you've invited. Every comparison shown to you is an anonymized aggregate across other houses - no individual house's data is ever exposed to another user.
What currency does DomKos use?
Always PLN (zł), regardless of whether the interface is in Polish or English - DomKos is built for the Polish market.
What if I own more than one house?
You can add as many houses as you need and switch between them instantly, or view every property combined in one “All houses” dashboard.
How does DomKos handle bills that aren't paid every month?
Quarterly or yearly bills (like electricity or insurance) are spread evenly across the months they cover, so your monthly trends and comparisons stay meaningful no matter how often a bill actually arrives.
Can I plan future payments and see how much I'll need?
Yes. Schedule recurring bills, installment plans and one-off payments, track each due date on a colour-coded calendar, and get a reminder on your profile when something is overdue or due soon. The cost forecast then shows how much money you'll need over the next 6 or 12 months.
How do I sign up?
With Google sign-in - there's no separate password to create. Your first house is set up automatically the moment you sign in.
