DomKos started from a simple question: "what does my home actually cost?" The mortgage or rent payment is only part of the story - electricity, gas, water, heating, taxes, and small repairs can add up to a surprise if they're not tracked in one place.

We do one thing and try to do it well: let you log every cost once, no matter how often it arrives, and show what your home really costs each month - plus how that compares to other homes, fully anonymously.

Privacy as a feature, not an afterthought

Only you and the people you invite ever see your own house's costs. No comparison in DomKos ever shows another specific house's data - only anonymized, aggregated averages.

DomKos is built with Poland in mind - amounts are always shown in Polish złoty, regardless of whether you use the app in Polish or English.
